The government flaunts it's wealth and claims a thriving infrastructure, the largest way it has of doing this is to keep it's railroad up and running, the trains are only used for Government transport between major cities and probably to exchange supplies and luxury goods.

ok.
We have an attack point, this is a job for the hardest and most skilled of us. This job is it's own reward, we strick a blow against the government and get rich from their suplies. could be a good start to the year!
