Ranove is a half troll, he seems to know alot about magic but suffers alergic reations to spells.
He setup the mercinary camp during the Apocalypse and the camp has been both harrasing and helping the local inhabitants of huddersfield and surrounding areas.
The gates are always open and heavily guarded, anybody may enter but not everybody makes it back out.
