Leeds is a "safe haven for humanity" if you belive the government propaganda posters of green fields and happy smiling people. Truth is it's as much a hell in there as out here. The police and army rule the steets and regularly use crowed controle methods such as rubber bullets and tear gas to chase the starving people away from government supply vans handing out very meager rations. People are beten to death for attempting to leave, something has to be done.
